• DESCRIPTION

This oversized chunky beret is an easy project, with advanced beginner knitters in mind.

Using knit and purl stitches, you will create a beret with a fisherman's rib stitch pattern, that is knit flat and then seamed.

This beret will be super chunky and cozy to wear in the fall/winter.

Yarn 

We Are Knitters - The Wool (200g/87 yds/80m) in Bordeaux x 1 ball.

Needles

• 12mm (US 17) knitting needles.
• 15mm (US 19) knitting needles.

• SKILLS

Level – Easy

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, P1B (purl one below), working in 1x1 ribbing, plus shaping through increases and decreases.

• SIZING

To fit a regular-sized head (around 22 inches).
Diameter - 10 inches/26 cms.
